Workshops may be taken individually or in order. The four week series is concerned with honoring the freest version of ourselves.
Each workshop is $25 if purchased individually or $80 for all 4.

How do we intentionally choose rest and self-care rather than fall from the sky?
Topics of discussion include "rest as reparations", the sleep gap, hustle/grind culture--including the origin of self-care as used in today's culture.
